• As a Contracting Officer Representative, Evaluates the Quality Management System, ensuring that all contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements are met.
• Provide advisory and hands-on assistance to functional area personnel involved in developing/revising technical specifications, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and COR checklists.
• Review and evaluates a wide range of pre- and post-award contracting actions to ensure all regulatory and procedural requirements have been met.
• Manage policy development, planning, review, research, and program execution for the 388th Fighter Wing's mission.

1. Serve as senior team member in quality assurance staff assistance visits and oversight inspections.
2. Plan, schedule, and facilitate Quality Assurance Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) and Oversight inspection (OJ) events within schedules and priorities set by higher management.
3. Identify systemic issues or processes that require further analysis and improvement.
4. Serve as the team subject matter expert on site visits to other Air Logistics Centers, Product Centers, Test Centers, other government organizations and/or contractor facilities to observe applications of repair, manufacturing, overhaul technologies, administrative and support processes.

• Duty 1: Plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates activities necessary to the overall management of a fuel quality control program affecting complex multi-mission installations and tenant command organizations.
• Duty 2: Plans investigations and analyzes mishaps and hazardous conditions to determine origin, causes, and contributing elements and prepares written evaluation reports concerning findings.
• Duty 3: Prepares regulations, manauls and technical orders and assists in developing specialized local regulations defining fuels programs, mishap prevention, handling, and storage procedures.
• Duty 4: Abides by all laws, regulations and policy.

• Plans, develops, organizes, administers, and evaluates a comprehensive surveillance program.
• Oversees quality systems, regulatory requirements, and implementation of operational strategy.
