As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-9 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Analyst: Conducts continuing analytical reviews to evaluate mission and functions; provides repeatably accurate administrative and personnel technical assistance to the Director, Deputy Director, and Division and Office Chiefs.
- Knowledge Management: Formulate plans and provide advisory services relating to staff operations throughout the directorate and support assigned programs/projects; reliably advise supervisors and directorate leaders on knowledge management and change management processes.
- Human Resources Liaison: Responsible for the coordination, preparation, submission, tracking, reporting and execution of organizational and manpower changes for the directorate. Serves as liaison to the Manpower and Personnel Directorate and facilitates Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) using required documents.
- Training and Administration: Coordinates annual directorate training requirements, awards and decorations, records management filing system, and directorate SharePoint content.
- Customer Service: Projects enthusiasm, a strong willingness to help internal and external customers, and rapidly resolves problems in a manner that builds customer confidence in the program.
