Salary: $2100 - $2400 (Depend on sg experience)

Job Description :

-Create Quotes & Invoices.

-Handle office administrative tasks which include documentations, filling correspondences, data entry etc.

-Follow up with payment collection.

-Tally team sales & performance.

-Manage clients records.

-Liase with Customers.

-Job arrangements for Technical/Installer.

-Ability to multitask.

-Hoc duties as assigned by company.

-Able to work in fast pace environment.

Requirements:

-Experience in administrative skills (min 1 year)

-Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communication

-Able to start immediately

1 ) Conduct routine maintenance on all facility areas, air-conditioning system, electrical, fire protection and plumbing system to ensure they are operating correctly.

2 ) Experience in troubleshooting and rectifying problems.

3 ) Identify potential issue and highlight to manager proactively.

4 ) Coordinate, supervise and perform building facility maintenance and rectification.

5) Install, Servicing, maintainence and repair of air-conditioning system.

6) Work safely in accordance with HSE regulations and policies.

7) Escalate issues and incidents and provide support during emergency and manpower coverage.
