Job Title:

Assistance Production Manager

Job Summary:

• The Assistance Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes in precision engineering field. They ensure that goods are produced efficiently, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of production processes and techniques. Best to have CNC milling , Turning, mastercam and ISO 9001 knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and ensure timely delivery.
   Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to align production plans.
   Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or production issues.
   
2. Resource Management:Manage human resources by planning and coordinating labor needs, including hiring, training, and supervising production staff.
   Oversee the maintenance and efficient use of equipment and machinery.
   Ensure availability and optimal use of raw materials and resources.
   
3. Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards in precision engineering field.
   Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
   Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
   
4. Budget and Cost Control:Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring that production costs are kept within budget.
   Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
   Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
   
5. Health and Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
   Promote a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
   Address and resolve safety concerns promptly.
   
6. Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
   Utilize lean manufacturing techniques and other best practices to streamline production processes.
   Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among production staff.
   
7. Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate production records and reports.
   Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
   Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
   
8. Communication and Coordination:Act as a liaison between production and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
   Address and resolve production-related issues and conflicts.
   Communicate production goals and objectives to the production team.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

· Post-secondary or equivalent or higher qualification

· At least 1 years of experience in Admin Support work, basic accounting

· Must have MS Excel & Word knowledge

· Able to communicate fluently in spoken English & Mandarin

· English written, Chinese writing will be advantage

· Able to handle urgencies and be adaptive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiar with usage of commonly-used QC testing / measuring instrument, CMM, Measuring Equipment , GD&T, short for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Capable of using measuring instruments - Micrometre, Bore Gauge, Profile Projector etc.

· Able to follow through with colleagues and vendors in a firm manner to ensure quality requirements are upheld and faults rectified

· Perform product inspections, in-process inspections, and Final inspections prior to delivery

· Prepare QC reports

· Communicate in-house and with vendors and products Quality Incoming and outgoing control, and follow up to ensure rectification
