Domiciliary Care Worker with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, who can work with genuine care and compassion is required for a well-established organisation.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Whilst previous care experience is desirable, it is not essential, as full care training and ongoing further development will be provided.


SALARY: £12.00 per Hour (weekdays) with a weekend enhanced rate of £13.00 per Hour. Plus PAID travel time and PAID Mileage at 0.45p per mile

LOCATION: Covering the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan area

JOB TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time, Permanent positions available

WORKING HOURS: Day, Weekend and Night Shifts


PLEASE NOTE: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business-use insurance is essential for this role

As the Domiciliary Care Worker you will provide high quality home care to clients, with tasks such as companionship; meal preparation; medication; personal care; domestic; shopping and social activities.

Working as the Domiciliary Care Worker you will be able to work in a team or as a lone worker. Previous care experience is desirable, but is not essential as full care training will be provided.

As the Domiciliary Care Worker you will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to work in a team or as a lone worker

• Ability to use your own initiative

• Ability to build rapport with new people

• Proficient in the use of smart phone and apps

• Genuine care and compassion for clients

• Previous care experience is desirable; however, experience is not essential as the organisation will provide full care training and ongoing further development

• Positive attitude and flexible working

• Full UK driving license and access to a car

• Business-use insurance
