Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling and up-selling additional services to BabyMD’s existing patient base, increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Job Overview:

BabyMD seeks a motivated Sales Manager to lead activities in schools, societies, and pharmacies etc. The role involves driving partnerships, executing campaigns, and managing activations to promote BabyMD’s child healthcare services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for successful outreach initiatives. This is an on field role & will involve travelling across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilties

1. Drive Offline Business - To drive clinic growth through offline sales channels. Direct impact on Business P&L of the company
2. School Activations: Build relationships with schools and manage health camps, awareness programs, and presentations to school authorities.
3. Society Activations: Engage residential societies for health camps, vaccination drives, and lead tracking for conversions.
4. Pharmacy Activations: Partner with pharmacies for promotions, referrals, and increasing patient footfall through activations.
5. Other Experiments: Explore new engagement avenues with doctors, corporate partnerships, and other stakeholders.
6. BTL / ATL - Implement BTL/ATL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
7. Lead Generation & Reporting: Generate leads, track key metrics, and provide performance reports with improvement suggestions.
8. Lead Conversion - Follow up and convert leads into business results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or activations, preferably in healthcare or education.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel for activations across the region.

Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Lead at BabyMD will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, driving lead-to-customer conversions, and scaling sales performance. This role will involve overseeing the entire sales process from lead management to ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as collaborating with various teams to improve sales strategies.The Inside Sales Lead will work closely with the CXO to drive monthly targets, and continuously improve customer experiences.This is a full-time, work from office role based out of Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
• Own & drive improvements in metrics like lead to customer conversion, first call TAT, call quality score etc.
• Track outbound calling & ensure no missed calls to convert leads into clinic appointments or other services
