You will be part of
Global IT Operations who are obsessed to provide superior IT service experience by being Proactive, Preventive & Predictive with a vision towards Autonomous led IT Operations.
Observability and Automation is a key enabler to prevent IT incidents and fulfil IT request without human intervention. Philips has already made solid foundation towards this and we are in the journey of implementation to demonstrate the set vision and value.
You Will be Responsible for
Analysing IT process, identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility within the ecosystem of Global IT Operations.
Develop and implement procedural automation strategies to reduce operational downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Own the technical and process automation of all the functions of Global IT Operations within Philips
Research and deploy best in class tools to augment our automation vision and increase the value proposition.
Engage cross-functionally with internal customers, partners, product groups, business analysts and solution architects to deliver best-in-class.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following.
Overall 12+ years of experience with exclusive experience working on technical and process automation in IT.
Strong knowledge on IT Infrastructure that spans across network, compute, storage, middle-wares, databases, etc.
Strong knowledge of full-stack IT Operations and exposure of managing Enterprise grade applications e.g., SAP, SFDC, PTC, Microsoft, etc.
Demonstrated consulting experience to analyse IT data, identify opportunity and translate to business case in relation to Automation.
Exposure to various automation types like observability, workflow, Robotic Process, conversational AI, etc.
Hands on experience in implementation of Automation use-cases at scale for IT Processes leveraging modern Gen AI type technologies leveraging DevOps methodology.
Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements.
Skill Set
Strong knowledge of automation quality standards and best practices
Strong exposure to foundation Infrastructure AWS/Azure Cloud, Network and Security.
Process automation experience using Microsoft Power Automate and GenAI will be a plus.
Workflow Automation experience using ServiceNow, Microsoft.
Machine learning experience leveraging Python and Azure/AWS cognitive services.
Exposure to Contact Center Platform like Genesys Cloud or AWS Connect and analytics platform like Power BI will be added advantage.
Agile development experience using Azure DevOps.
