Job Description
We’re looking for a Program Manager in the planning Operations team. If you have a deep understanding of operation Project Management and agile methodologies, are passionate about working with data, building it into a visual, meaningful representation, and are eager to create processes and develop solutions based on insights, this is the right position for you.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for continuously improving infrastructure, processes and outcomes. In addition to keeping meaningful and consistent data, analyzing it, defining KPIs, measuring them and optimizing execution based on these KPIs.

The prediction and modeling team is a unique team within the service supply chain organization,
our mission is to support the service supply chain by delivering the best practice planning processes and data driven recommendations that drives impact throughout the service operation.
What you'll be doing:
Your role as part of the Planning Operations team means your daily responsibilities may include:
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives from end-to-end.
- Define KPIs and create tracking tools/dashboards.
- Provide tools and means to identify gaps and opportunities in planning.
- Prioritize and analyze the gaps, suggest mitigations and offer means to address them
- Where applicable, lead the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Own specific domains by building consistent, organized, structured processes.
- Support Data-Driven decisions
- Operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Build traceability between business goals and team execution.
