The Recovery Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). The Capital Forecasting and Analytics team is responsible for capital forecasting across scenarios for Citigroup and CBNA, while supporting senior management decision-making to achieve the firm’s capital targets. The team leads forecasting and analytics across the capital continuum, which ranges from business-as-usual environments to stress scenarios.

Group capabilities include forecasting capital ratios, and related measures such as Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Supplementary Leverage Exposure (SLE) and the Global

Systematically Important Bank (GSIB) score.

The group partners and collaborates extensively across Treasury and Finance teams including Capital Management, Citi Treasury Investments (CTI), Global Liquidity Management (GLM), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Investor Relations, Controllers, Tax, Business Treasuries, CBNA Treasury and the Risk organization.

This role will have the following key responsibilities:

• Prepare specific slides for the Weekly RWA Forecast review including Standardized and Advanced Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and Supplemental Leverage Exposure (SLE) for Citigroup and CBNA
• Calculate daily FX movements and daily RWA to hand off to the Capital Forecasting team
• Perform detailed analyses including trends, comparisons to prior forecasts, scenarios and actuals with comprehensive understanding of variance drivers
• Work with Capital Controllers to understand drivers of spot and actuals RWA, and have clear visibility to upcoming changes that could impact the forecast
• Support the quarterly RWA outlook process including specific calculations and slides

The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) group is looking for a full-time SVP to join its Wholesale Lending Credit Risk (WLCR) data management and remediation team.

ICM has been established with the objective to provide an integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

·       Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements

·       Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

·       Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint

·       Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation

·       Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions

Qualifications:

·       6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role

·       A candidate is keen to work on various tools and technologies for successful implementation of ML models on different platforms.

·       Build out the machine learning and data infrastructure to ensure smooth, continuous operation of the major ML models

·       Experience with traditional and advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Random Forests, etc.

·       Provide thought leadership for all data solution that includes designing, developing and implementing solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

·       Have extensively worked on databases (SQL, PostGre, NoSQL, Teradata, etc.), Python (NumPy, Pandas, etc.), bigdata (Hue, Impala, Ozzie, etc.) and Spark

·       Hands on experience on designing and developing Data pipelines for Data ingestion or Transformation using Python (Pyspark)/Spark SQL, Impala

·       Experience in building and optimizing 'big data' pipelines, architecture and datasets.

·       Able to develop and maintain API interfaces with Third party data vendors, experience in Pivotal Cloud foundry (PCF), OpenShift, BlueData, Kafka, Docker tools, AWS, AppDynamics, CI/CD processes etc. would be an added advantage

·       Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications

·       Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

·       Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development

·       Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

·       Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

·       Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
