• Process Governance and Integration of RBEI business Processes ("SAP PEI") for FICO processes
• Responsible for definition and Optimizing RBEI FICO processes. Main Focus area will be controlling processes
• Proposes and develops business processes to achieve continuous improvement
• Develops acceptance/functions test and aligns it with process chain testing along with Business teams
• Ensuring compliance of BGSW business processes to central governance standards, via respective BGSW Process Managers
• Focus on performance and customer acceptance of the entire process chain

-Perform transportation duties as instructed by the supervisor and carry out duties
