We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in bulk hiring within a contact center environment. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates for multiple roles in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial screening and interview candidates for contact center roles, ensuring they meet the required qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring activities.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Ensure all sourcing and recruiting activities are documented accurately.
- Assist in managing recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
- Handle candidate queries and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
- 2-4 years of experience in bulk hiring, particularly in a contact center environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume recruitment setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software is a plus.
Note: This is a contractual position for a duration of one year, with the potential for extension based on performance.
