Requirements:

1. Master's or Ph.D. in microelectronics or related field.

2. Solid knowledge of semiconductor engineering process and physical design fundamentals.

3. Have a thorough understanding of reliability failure mechanisms and theory.

4. Familiar with foundry automotive manufacturing processes, semiconductor device characteristics and reliability basic test and evaluation methodologies.

5. Experience with automotive back-end layout reliability design and automotive design procedures.

6. Understand how to analyze and identify dependability failures.

7. Well-verse in the design techniques of good circuit-level reliability designs.

8. Experience with automotive product certification.

Full Job Description :

- Liase with Project coordinators and plan installations and delivery according to timeline

- Inventory and equipment management for individual projects

- Planning of Driver's route for delivery and installation work

- To carry out hands on work with team on site

- Ensure safe and injury free work for the team

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years experience with carpentry or furniture work

- Valid class 3 driving license.

- Autocad/Revit is a plus

- Able to carry heavy loads

Position: Driver for Construction

Job Summary:As a Driver for Construction, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting construction materials, tools, and crew members to and from construction sites. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely delivery of supplies and equipment, contributing to the success of our construction projects. In addition to driving responsibilities, you may also be required to assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

Job Purpose

You will be a key member to contribute towards the growth and delivery of the Network Strategy team which is part of the Supply Chain Development & Analytics department. This role will be involved in the early stage of shaping the Group’s mid to long term Supply Chain development plan. • Drive Supply Chain Optimisation projects including the development, planning, prioritisation and execution of supply chain strategy, network design workstreams, cost optimisation initiatives and end-to-end supply chain metrics. 
• Conduct research and analyses, map out the existing supply chain network and understands the businesses’ needs by engaging internal stakeholders within FPG / Supply Chain BU and convert them into requirements for the network design.
• Conduct analysis on distribution centre operational performance, enabling operations stakeholders to track and achieve KPIs, such as service level, manpower productivity, capacity utilisation and costs-to-serve. 
• Work and engage effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholder of all levels within FPG / Supply Chain BU and cross, present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and recommend solutions that fosters success. 
• Collaborates with Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop data driven models & visualization and analytics to drive business results for various supply chain challenges and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Support on the execution of the project implementation plan and milestones and collaborate with Supply Chain Business Insights to develop metrics, dashboard, reporting project results and track actual cost saving after deployment to ensure alignment with overall company and business group strategies. 
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement. 
• Ensure efficient communication across functional teams for any trends, drivers, and takeaways in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience related to supply chain network design and optimisation, program management and/or supply chain / logistics management. 
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or any other related profession. 
• Prior experience in managing supply chain or inventory optimisation and/or performance management 
• Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain, especially in the retail/eCommerce/FMCG industries. 
• Experience with methods/work study and/or other performance analysis methodologies. 
• Analytical experience with the ability to work with large amounts of data, including specific experience with Supply Chain Network Modelling, BI tools, visualization, relational data structures, and financial modelling. 
• Knowledge of SQL, Python etc and hands-on experience with Cloud-based tools/technology would be beneficial in this role. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions, to drive achievement of objectives and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams/stakeholders. 
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to convert analysis into business insights for decision making. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and has effective change management skills.
