Job Brief:

Responsible for managing financial activities and providing administrative support to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations for the EO team.
• Coordinate and manage personal financial transactions and accounts.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, LCCI, Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• Relevant experience in finance or personal financial management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel will be a plus.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

We’re searching for a knowledgeable, team-oriented Senior CRA to manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Malaysia. As a Senior CRA at PSI, you will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic indications. You will maintain the highest quality standards in the industry, while performing and supervising study start-up, clinical monitoring and site management activities on the country/regional level. 

You will become one of our first team members in Malaysia and contribute to the development of PSI Operations.

You will:

• Supervise study activities, timelines, milestones, and schedules on the country level.
• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Be involved in study set-up, including site contract and budget negotiations.
• Be responsible for site communication and management.
• Ensure consistency of all study processes and identify country differences.
• Oversee maintenance of study-specific and corporate tracking systems.
• Contribute to the development and update of project planning documents, essential documents, and project instructions.
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services, contractors, global cross-functional teams, and vendors.
• Responsible for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols.  
• Development of local language materials including local language Informed Consents and translations.
• Works in partnership with IRB/IEC and Regulatory Authority in submission and approval-related interactions for assigned protocols.

As a member of the Data Management Team, you will be responsible for the entry of accurate supplier information into the EcoVadis database:

Core Duties

• Conduct internet-research to qualify and validate companies' registered information such as legal entity, their business activity and scope of operations.
• Input such information of companies of various sizes, industries and global locations, into EcoVadis suppliers’ database using Country company registers and online databases
• Respond to queries from clients via email and contact internal and external stakeholders to get additional information when required
• Comply with set methodology, rules and guidelines for the Qualification process
• Ability to work independently to achieve set quantitative and qualitative targets on daily operational tasks

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Qualification process
• Participate in Collaborative initiatives with other teams within the organization, such as Support and Commercial teams
• Accept other responsibilities related to the function as and when required

• Leading, executing, and delivering data science projects for one of Visa's key bank clients in Malaysia.
• Hands on develop detailed project scopes and methodologies, designing, and implementing solutions using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintaining quality control and up-to-date documentation for all data science projects.
• Innovating by utilizing Visa's data and client data to meet client needs.
• Enhancing existing data science and analytic techniques by promoting new methodologies and best practices.
• Fostering thought leadership in the data science domain and building intellectual property through innovation.
• Managing communication with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Mentoring, guiding, and supervising data scientists in the project team.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
