• The team are part of Capital Markets, helping our businesses to brings product to market more efficiently with UX, Data and Delivery acceleration through guidance, special interest groups and shared source.
• As FinTech software evolves and customer expectations grow based on client’s experience of modern consumer software an intuitive and modern user interface (UI) is a must for any digital product such as a mobile app, website, SaaS, B2B or enterprise line of business software.
• This is a Central Team to enable product teams to go to market faster at a lower cost, producing user centered high quality software more effectively by providing the guidance and support to allow them to implementing best practices.
• Where products teams face larger migration, performance and modernization challenges or needs to build out new greenfield product we also help them.
• Where product teams already have the experience and resources to achieve their goals but are looking to accelerate product delivery and get to market faster, we also help to lower time-to-market of UI development through re-use of common components and shared services.

Joining the Capital Markets team to work at a high level helping accelerate the delivery of cutting-edge Enterprise scale products. You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and maintain design strategy and explore solution from concept to completion
• Translate complex design problem, user pain points and research finding into practical and impactful design solution especially in financial domain
• Quickly convert concepts and ideas to working POCs using design thinking process
• Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders and work closely with product and business teams in developing solutions
• Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to the customer
• Rapidly test and create iterative designs that meet project objectives and fits within the FIS Brand guidelines
• Wearing a customer hat during developing solutions
• Be responsible for the delivery of usable and high-quality designs
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements

What you will need:

We need organized, highly technically skilled, motivated self-starters, with deep experience of the modern stack and a track record of delivery.  Core skills are:

• 8+ years of experience in UI & UX Design with a proven track record of success
• Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design a solution that meet the user needs and business goals
• Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high quality professional designs
• Ability to think holistically about the UI and scale in the future
• Self-starter and ability to work without much supervision
• Ability to accurately set, manage and meet deadlines
• Understanding of the following:
  • Modern UI patterns and trends
  • Design principals with using internal design system
  • UX Principals/Design Thinking Process
  • Knowledge of browser-based application behavior and cross browser compatible

UBISOFT is seeking for R&D Engineer having proficiency in C++ with good understanding of C#, and has an ability to develop state of the art and robust Automation Framework in game testing. Time to time there are various tools or applications to be designed and worked upon with the team to deliver a robust sustainable solution to help our teams to reduce manual efforts.

Job Summary :
Develop software solutions & robust Automated solutions to enhance productivity in game testing life cycle. Provide automation solutions to complement, replace and improve Quality manual testing.

Maintain already developed automation framework and scripts with regular changes in build and to adapt to better technologies as and when needed.

Working closely with QC, Production team, Developers, Tools Group and Test teams to understand game architecture & game play.

Build the project end-to-end by identifying key stakeholders, their requirements, KPIs, programming resources, Technologies and timelines along with ROI.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

1. Spearhead the analysis of complex user requirements. Work with Product team to get the clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
2. Design and implement advanced automation frameworks.
3. Architect scalable and optimized codebase. Build and maintain reliable, efficient, and reusable C++ code.
4. Implement and monitor quality and performance modules.
5. Manage C++ backend programs to communicate with frontend applications.
6. Update code quality and implement best practices for the automation need of the organization.
7. Test and validate software to ensure quality and functionality. Establish and maintain robust testing procedures. Build and maintain reliable, efficient, and reusable C++ code.
8. Implement and monitor quality and performance modules.
9. Lead the development of core game automation features and other features as per requirements. Ensure smooth tasks distribution and assignments of work within the team.
10. Optimize application performance and memory usage
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Stay updated with the latest gaming trends and technologies

Technical Competencies :

Theoretical knowledge:
1. Expert knowledge about C++, C#, and good coding practices.
2. Wide knowledge of programming languages across Ubi.
3. Deep Knowledge of Database technology – SQL, NOSQL,
4. Deep knowledge of ProjectTechstack, across Ubisoft, to build scalable solutions.

Practical knowledge:

We are now looking for a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Data Science Platform. We are looking for an excellent Sr. Site Reliability Engineer with extensive data infrastructure experience for our data science platform supporting NVIDIA's cloud platform services. Our data science platform serves as the basis for advanced real time data analytics, streaming, data lake and sophisticated ML/AI training with offline/online inferencing for NVIDIA's cloud services.

Site Reliability Engineering is an engineering discipline to design, build and maintain large scale production systems with high efficiency and availability using the combination of software and systems engineering practices. SRE at NVIDIA ensures reliability and uptime as promised to the users and at the same time enabling developers to make changes to the existing system through careful preparation and planning while keeping an eye on capacity, latency and performance. SRE is also a mindset and a set of engineering approaches to running better production systems and optimizations. The person in this position will be responsible for Service Response and Workflows and will drive tools/service development to maintain and improve service SLOs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working on building tools to improve the SRE Observability.

• Rapidly debug and triage incidents and user-reported issues.

• Make valuable contribution to the overall health, performance, and reliability of Nvidia's Cloud Data Science platform and Infrastructure Services.

• Taking ownership of automating, scripting, and tooling of new/existing scripts to help the team achieve 100% automation of daily tasks.

• Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity management and launch reviews.

• Clear SRE Observability understanding and experience in building new tools and automation using Python/GO.

• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.

• Practice balanced incident response and blameless postmortems.

• Be part of an on call rotation to support production systems.

What we need to see:

• MS or BS in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years Site reliability engineering experience working on large scale distributed micro services in a production environment with a real passion for automation and tooling.

• SRE approach and who can understand Error budgeting, SLO’s, SLA’s.

• Clear understanding on Incident management, change management and problem management process. Ability to detect all service-impacting issues, accurate triage, partner communication, impact containment, service restoration, and post-incident follow-up.

• Proven strengths in problem-solving and root causing issues, while continuously seeking ways to drive optimization, efficiency and the bottom line.

• Strong experience on streaming data infra services involving web services, Kafka, Spark etc.

• Expert knowledge with building and operating large scale observability platforms for monitoring and logging (ELK, Prometheus etc)

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with operating large scale distributed systems with strong SLAs.

• Excellent scripting: Python, GO.

• Strong experience on operating data platforms.
