THE POSITION:
As a R developer, you will work closely with Business Analysts to create effective solutions providing robust system. You will be a key member of the development team. This position will also require you to follow and implement the best algorithm, optimization tools and coding practices as a part of the development team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand and clarify visualization requirements/needs
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics
- Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods
- Define access controls and implement security measures whenever required
- Drill-down data and prepare reports with utmost accuracy
- Solving any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in R programming.
- Knowledge of R-Studio and R language ecosystem.
- R/Shiny Coding, R reporting, R Development with knowledge of back-end Algorithms/Documentation and of processes and concepts relevant to Statistical Programming/Techniques.
- Working experience in most of common R libraries.
- In depth knowledge of data structures.
- R debugging and performance monitoring.
- Experience in using version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of Optimization, Parallelization and Simulation Techniques.
EDUCATION:
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSC in Computer Science or MSC in Statistics / Applied Mathematics.
