Person must be fluent with Revit software, and has at least 4 years in the building industry experience. Candidate will need to liaise with client and coordinate drawings and attend toolbox meeting on regular basis.

This is a 6 month full time contract, in Tuas area. Working for multi-national company.

Roles and Responsbibilies

• Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
• Mature with initiative to work independently.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English - in order to liaise with Chinese specking associates.
• Monitor and inspect the progress of the project-on-site to ensure that the works are implemented based on good quality, finishes and standards, and that project is on schedule, and within budget.
• Work closely with internal team (Contract and Design) and subcontractors to ensure the projects are timely delivery in excellent quality workmanship and outcome.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues.
• Report directly to the directors of the company on all aspects of project progress.
• Liaise with 3rd party consultants such as architects, engineers, and other specialists working on the project.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings.
