Your role:
Selling the company‘s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments/ refurbishments, you will develop relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and
contractors.
You will have responsibility for generating product/system specifications in line with targeted expectations and working closely with our commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications.
You will also develop, host and deliver technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals.

Your profile:
The successful applicant will ideally have a proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain
walling or building envelope arena.
You will be project led, a confident presenter and have a demonstrable track record in specification selling. You
will ideally have a knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building. Providing detailed technical support and advice you be will expected to interact and draw upon a wide range of supporting services.

As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll be supporting the team with all aspects of administration. There’ll be lots of phone calls to tend to; dealing with clients, new business enquiries and our own account managers will all be calling about different things so you will need to complete the relevant actions for each person. You’ll be managing data and producing monthly reports, managing the training for the team, tracking and managing the fleet, KPI’s, and H&S and updating key client documents and generally playing a vital role in the team.

As Business Support Administrator you’ll be:

Tanggung Jawab :

1. Mengindentifikasi & menjangkau calon pelanggan baru di sektor HORECA

2. Menyusun strategi penjualan yang efektif untuk menarik pelanggan baru dan memperluas pangsa pasar.

3. Melakukan presentasi produk dan demonstrasi kepada calon pelanggan.

4. Memantau tren pasar dan mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan pasar.

5. Menyusun laporan penjualan dan memberikan feedback kepada manajemen

6. Berkolaborasi dengan team pemasaran untuk merancang promosi dan kampanye yang efektif.

• Area/Domisili : Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin
• Skill yang dibutuhkan : Communication, Build Partnership, Negotiation, & Presentation Skill.

 

TUGAS PEKERJAAN :

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pertumbuhan sales alat kesehatan di area kebutuhan (Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin) sekitarnya
• Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengetahui potensi dan kebutuhan alat kesehatan di RS/Klinik.
• Dapat berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan pihak user RS/Klinik.
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan dan peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan ke Sales Supervisor/Manager.
