Summary
The Vehicle Sales Representative is the frontline Sales Agent for Vehicle Sales. The VSR must work with all functional groups within the Organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management) to meet sales projections and maximize proceeds while providing high level customer service.

Essential Functions

• Sales and Marketing:
  Frontline Sales Representative for Vehicle Sales, in person, online and via phone
  Responsible for executing the UTC’s marketing plan, this includes product selection for periodicals, trade associations, and industry specific marketing campaigns
  Coordinate outbound marketing efforts, including but not limited to phone calls, marketing mailers, and Thank You cards.
  Act as liaison between Asset Management, Rental and Lease product Lines
  Responsible for the overall accuracy and content of the Lead Tracker database. Accuracy of this process will measure the effectiveness of the UTC marketing efforts.
  Complete understanding of the used vehicle market place and local competitors
  Cover for the VSM at their location, as well as other locations when needed, in their absence as required by business needs.
  Responsible for structuring and selling all ancillary products (Finance and Extended Warranty) to meet customer needs, and fulfill Ryder’s expectations.
  Develop and expand relationships with existing customer base utilizing all avenues of communication and resources to ensure customer retention levels are met and exceeded
  Install sold signs/mark vehicles as directed

• Inventory Management:
  Manage overall effectiveness of the UTC website for content and data accuracy. Provide feedback for development.
  Accountable for all vehicle inventory movement within the UTC’s area of operations, including offsite and satellite locations
  Maintain key tracking system for inventory management and vehicle security
  Responsible for Vehicle quality and appearance utilizing washing, detailing, and vehicle exercise program
  Perform weekly yard check with required documentation from off-site locations
  Occasionally drive truck within the UTC boundaries to properly align inventory

• Administrative:
  Managing unit files and sales recording systems including titling, licensing, and legal sale documents
  Manage mandatory compliance requirements, i.e. Sarbanes Oxley, Safety STAR Program and related company communications/initiatives
  Maintaining Cash log, collect funds accurately and timely
  Manage the UTC supply inventory
  Maintain vehicle sales compliance with local, state, Federal and other regulating agencies

Additional Responsibilities

• Increase location sales by assisting with all the aspects of the sales process

• Maximize proceeds for vehicles sold by improving retail activity

• Maximize sale time by providing sales support to the VSM

• Maximize customer retention by enhancing the sales process and reaching out to new and existing customers

• Ensure the location is Sarbanes Oxley compliant in all required areas.

• Maximize productivity by maintaining a neat and orderly work environment in all areas to the UTC

The Sr Merchant Sales Officer (MSO) manages a portfolio of clients and prospects, providing Merchant advisory and positioning and selling solutions that address their Merchant’s processing needs.  The Sr MSO proactively identifies opportunities to grow net new business to the firm, provides high level advisory to deepen relationships with existing clients by working closely with Global Commercial Banking, Global Transaction Services, and the broader Merchant organization.  This individual can provide a high level of advisory to clients and translate these opportunities into incremental business for the firm. 

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the client’s commerce ecosystem and the ability to consult with them on ways to integrate and leverage our suite of solutions effectively.  They will work across a matrixed coverage organization to deliver responsible growth and serve as the first point of contact for our bankers, Treasury Sales Officers, and leaders on merchant business development, advice and overall portfolio management activities.  This position requires travel to in-person meetings with clients, internal partners and senior leaders within the firm.  They often are facing off with the C-Suite in companies.

The Sr MSO will be focused on the healthcare industry in general, but will be specifically working with large hospital, health system, healthcare insurance providers, healthcare technology, insurance payors and pharma/life science clients of the bank, and will need to have a deep understanding of healthcare payments, revenue cycle and the HIS, EMR/EHR and revenue cycle systems that those clients utilize to power their businesses.  Regional/LOB aligned associates will need to have a deep and wide understanding of the healthcare industry, payment ecosystem, merchant and transaction processing and how to match our solutions against the needs of our clients.

THE JOB

As a Night of Show Ancillary Seller, you will be responsible for communicating to guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer, such as Premier Parking, Fast Lane, Lawn Chairs Rentals, VIP Seating and VIP Club Access, etc.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

· Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.

· Promote and sell all the various promotions or upsells offered at each event, such as Premier Parking, Fast Lane, Clear Bags, Blankets, Lawn Chair Rentals, VIP Club Access, VIP Seat Upgrades, Cabanas, Reserved Lawn, etc.

· Assist Ancillary Revenue Supervisor in setting up and breaking down cabanas, signs, tables, tents, etc. as needed.

· Examine tickets or passes pre-purchased to determine authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.

· Handle credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines

· Balance out at the end of each shift with a supervisor.

· Inventory - all physical items must be counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show

· May fill in temporarily with another department to support staffing levels during peak or break times.

· Other tasks as assigned by the Ancillary Revenue Manager or venue management.

· Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this includes collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or

reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

· This roll is part-time, seasonal and requires evening and weekend availability.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

· At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred

· Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus

Job Overview:

The role of the Enterprise Internal Business Development Officer (IBDO), Financial Institutions is to be the sales partner to the Enterprise External Business Development Officer (EBDO), Financial Institutions. They are responsible for driving outsized performance in the recruitment of new bank and credit union wealth management relationships to LPL Financial. This role will provide exposure throughout LPL, while supporting the end-to-end process of onboarding a new financial institution.

This position is designed for an individual with a background in Business-to-Business sales. Skills required include: organizational, communication, and ability to prioritize while executing quickly.  Having a strong work ethic, being an effective communicator, strong project management skills and a sense of diplomacy will be imperative to the success of in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with EBDO to add prospective Financial Institutions into the pipeline

• Partner with EBDO to provide solutions and strategies in efforts to move prospective Financial Institutions through the pipeline

• Schedule and prepare Home Office Vist (HOV) and Field Office Visit (FOV) meeting checklists; including agenda, internal partner coordination, and effective meeting planning

• Coordinate meeting follow-up items and draft responses to be sent to prospective financial institution

• Execute upon agenda delivery for all external and internal meetings and partner with sales strategy team to deliver effective content for prospective financial institution engagements 

• Participate with EBDO in regularly-scheduled check-ins with enterprises that specialize in the support of financial institutions

• Draft and maintain prospect workbook and enterprise prospect profile documenting key facts and decisions of all prospective financial institution in the pipeline

• Attend weekly transition calls for committed financial institutions

• Request draft contracts, amendments and non-disclosure agreement within the legal portal

• Input contract accommodations in onboarding system once financial institution joins LPL

• Disburse onboarding form upon contract execute to establish institution ID

• Execute transition assistance disbursement process

Operations:

Technical Expertise:

• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
• Frequently position self to kneel, bend, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
• Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers and coworkers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise

QUALIFICATIONS:
