What will you be doing?

• Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.

• Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.

Who are we looking for?

Job Description:

This role is for a position on the Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Data Analytics & Insights (DA&I) Team with supervision from a Global Financial Crimes Manager. The DA&I team is responsible for providing data extracts, including summary reports and detailed data, in support of GFC’s critical business processes in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Economic Sanctions (ES). The Enterprise Credit (Commercial) Issues & Exam Management Business Control Manager will support the Line of Business in Issue (gap) remediation work across the underwriting, monitoring, and reporting processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
