Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales supervisor who will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets.

Experience in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain business relationships with key customers to secure sales.

Job Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional.

- Good computer skill including knowledge in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD software
experience an advantage.

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
