WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Prepare for quotations to target customers as well as existing customers and follow up with customer for their feedback working with Sales & KAMs.
• Recommends potential products or services to customers by upselling communications through phone, email and whenever it’s necessary, also by face-to-face meeting.
• Support Sales & KAMs to coordinate credit set-up with customers.
• Support transition process including SOP set-up.
• Tele-sales for assigned customer list.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in international freight forwarding industry or Logistics field.
- Good computer skill in MS Office: Word and Excel
- Good command in English is required
Desirable:
- Experience with working with operational systems (literate toward information system)
- Good knowledge of Freight forwarding operations is a plus
- Strong networking and communication skills externally and internally
- Ability to cultivate and build strong relationship with customers
- Conscientious and able to work under pressure
