As a Marketing Executive you'll ​contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation through executing the marketing plans to support the Charity to achieve its strategic objectives. As part of the Acquisition and Retention Marketing team you will play a key role in developing and delivering campaigns across all paid and owned channels and creating relevant marketing collateral (POS, brochures etc).
​Supported by the Senior Acquisition and Retention Marketing Manager this role will be responsible for maximising acquisition and retention of beneficiaries across all of our trading and free services (B2B and B2C) - hospitals, clinical services, charitable 'programmes for all' and fitness and wellbeing centres. You will execute innovative marketing plans utilising all paid and owned (with channel owners) channels to drive acquisitions that deliver maximum ROI. The role will also execute campaigns to drive retention of beneficiaries across Nuffield Health products and services, optimising connected health, driving deeper relationships with added value initiatives and maximising participation of programmes for all and supporting people 'Living With Lower Resources' (LWLR).
As a Marketing Executive at Nuffield Health, we're looking for someone who has:

Experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders (trading/commercial, operations, internal comms, web team)

Strong creative eye and experience developing campaign, creative and copy briefs

Digital savvy - has an understanding of Digital and the role it plays in the customer journey and delivering ROI for campaigns

Strong communications skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners and proactively contribute ideas

Excellent presentation skills required, along w/ the ability to influence

Will have a track record of delivering results through use of customer insight and integrated marketing campaigns
You may also have or be working towards:
-
Relevant marketing qualification or working towards (e.g. CIM)

Experience running and executing multiple marketing campaigns across a range of paid and owned channels to maximise acquisition or/and retention

Experience providing local branch support
