Job Summary:

The Marketing & Design Admin Assistant provides administrative support across both the Marketing and Design departments, focusing on clerical tasks related to promotions, product launches, and visual merchandising coordination. This role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience looking to contribute to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotion Setup: Set up promotions within NetSuite, ensuring all details are correctly entered and functional for upcoming campaigns.
• System Testing: Conduct tests in NetSuite for promotions to ensure everything is properly configured and ready for launch.
• Outlet Coordination: Liaise with outlets to confirm that all Visual Merchandising (VM) displays are up to standard and align with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the Marketing and Design teams.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of marketing and design documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
• Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in marketing or design environments.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Work Environment

This role will work across both Marketing and Design teams in a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to the execution of creative campaigns and store promotions.

• This position will provide analytic support for developing, tuning and optimizing the bank’s name screening, sanction transaction filtering and AML transaction monitoring systems to effectively detect potential financial crime. This include creating or modifying system rules, parameters, and settings to meet the bank’s requirements.
• The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Regional Lead to ensure a globally and regionally consistent effort that enables continuing improvement for tuning and optimization capabilities.
• In coordination with the Global Financial Crimes Division (GFCD), this position will:
  • Support the development of relevant policies and procedures, including but not limited to conducting coverage reviews and risk assessments.
  • Support a strategic optimization and segmentation initiative to enhance MUFG’s financial crime monitoring systems.
  • Assist in development of models involving tuning, calibration, segmentation, and optimization.
• Work collaboratively with Financial Crimes staff in MUFG’s APAC branches as well as across functional teams within GFCD to ensure effective and efficient operations with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

Job requirements:

• Solid understanding of financial crime and compliance systems for Transaction Filtering, Customer Screening, Transaction Monitoring and KYC systems.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with vendor models like Actimize SAM/WLF or SearchSpace or CGI Hotscan.
• Minimum 1 year of experience designing, analyzing, testing and validating AML or sanction models or systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience designing and implementing compliance program tuning and configuration of methodologies, including what-if detection scenario analytics, excess over threshold, and sampling for ATL/BTL testing.
• Proven track record of strong quantitative testing and statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity implementing, testing, or evaluating performance of financial crime and compliance systems.
• Ability to code using Alteryx or Python for data analytics preferred.

We are looking for a sales and customer services manager to support across a number of our businesses which include printing, framing, and an art gallery.

How will a typical day look?

• You would handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, Email, and Phone primarily. There are some customers who walk-in seeking services but the majority are via Whatsapp and Email.
• You would leverage tools and software that we have in place to accurately quote customers.
• You would create and send invoices and ensure payments are made and received.
• You would collate and document order requirements for printing and/or framing production teams.
• Handle some operational elements such as organising couriers for collections/deliveries.

Things to know

• As we do have walk-in customers this role requires you to be physically located at our offices.
• This role cuts across 3 unique companies covering printing, framing and art, but would mostly focus on handling sales and customer service for printing and framing.

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative Brand and Design Assistant to join our Brand and Design team, which sits within the Communications department. The team works across a variety of Sanctuary brands to deliver a range of materials
- from brochures and signage, to video animations and social content.
The role of Brand and Design Assistant will include:

- Assisting the Brand and Design Officers in the production of consistently high quality, creative and professional design solutions for a wide range of materials for digital and print distribution which meets the brand guidelines
