The role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. As the teams senior marketing professional, the role also plays and important role within the commercial leadership team.

Duties and Responsibilities will include the following areas:

• Plan, recommend and deliver an integrated marketing & communications strategy, across the Sensors and Instrumentation divisions that enhances brands and assists the business in achieving its objectives, vision and values
• Develop, implement and measure all public and corporate relations activities. Delivering projects and campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality
• Devise innovative strategies and campaigns to support the sales team, helping to generate high quality sales leads
• Manage, develop and control the brand in all media, both internally and externally
• Alignment of the company vision, mission, proposition and values with the brand and ensuring effective ongoing communication
• Management and forecasting of the annual marketing & communications budget
• Working with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that reach target audiences in the most time and cost effective manner. All campaigns should be integrated with sales to ensure timely and effective follow up to maximise return on investment
• Managing the marketing team to deliver a consistent message to employees helping to drive awareness and engagement
• Manage our social media approach and channels, including setting the structure and delivering appropriate training
• Manage all marketing agency relationships
• Managing relationships and communications with global subsidiaries and marketing representatives, overseeing the creation and/or localisation of supportive communications and marketing collateral, Ensuring global branding is uniform and aligned
• Driving regular researching and analysis of the competitive environment (brand, products, pricing acquisitions) to understand any impact on marketing plans, and to improve targeting and positioning. Working with Sales and product managers to share and utilise all market intelligence
• Lead an effective strategy for the CRM and marketing platform (currently Hubspot) to ensure effective utilisation and execution
• Identify new marketing opportunities, processes and solutions that solve problems and drive efficiencies
• Leading and inspiring a team of marketing individuals to achieve their full potential. Driving for results that are aligned with the marketing and business strategy
• Setting departmental and individual marketing goals and targets with direct reports and reporting on team goals. Implementing effective reporting tools across the department for the measurement of key marketing metrics and statistics for monthly reporting and analysis

The Person
For this role we are seeking an someone who is looking for a busy and diverse role and the following skills and attributes:

• Expertise in developing integrated communications programs, drawing on all areas of the marketing mix including direct marketing, CRM, Events and digital channels
• Have a high level of organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong analytical skills, together with the ability to resolve problems and make decisions under pressure
• The Ability to influence at all levels of business and with all stakeholders
• Possess a high level of motivation and initiative
• Expertise in brand management
• Ability to identify key messages, audiences and channels and formulate a communications strategy across them all
• Excellent in building relationships with colleagues internally and externally with agencies, subsidiaries, distributors and suppliers

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as Photoshop, InDesign and Wordpress
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of HubSpot, CRM, Sales, Service and Marketing platforms

Details
This role is offered on a Full-time, permanent basis and the Working hours are 37.5 hours a week: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 15:45 (with 45 min unpaid lunch).

We are seeking a confident, tenacious and professional person to join our client at their small, busy office in Thetford, Norfolk. Working as a B2B Telesales Executive, this permanent position is office-based working from 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

The basic salary is £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (paid monthly) – projected at an additional £2,000 per annum

The Company

Our client is a successful and well-established outsourcing firm who offer telesales and marketing services to a wide range of clients across many different sectors.

Their small, very friendly and very professional team currently stand at 8 members of staff however are currently experiencing a period of growth, which will take the total team size to 12.

The Job

The B2B Telesales Executive will work closely with the whole team; from partaking in client onboarding calls to help craft a successful sales strategy for the client, to working seamlessly alongside marketing and market research to discuss and act on findings.

This is a phone and desk-based sales role, where you’ll be targeted to make 80 calls per day, using leads generated by your colleagues. The target is to try and gleam a morsel of information, or an ‘in’ out of around half of those calls daily.

Other duties and tasks will involve:

Conduct proactive B2B sales calls using cold and warm leads, to screen and qualify prospects
Manage incoming call-backs from designated accounts
Create tailored scripts and email templates for each client’s project
Devise and implement sales strategies based on insights gained on calls, but also from information provided by colleagues
Report on all sales activities and communications, backing up with statistics
Keep databases and CRM systems up to date
Engage with clients through face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings.
Seek to go beyond just making calls – aim to foster relationships, discern client needs, pinpoint opportunities, and devise solutions.
Requirements

This role would suit somebody who has a lot of confidence, but is also methodical, process-driven and enjoys a focused, disciplined working environment. You’ll need to have an inquisitive mind and enjoy communicating with a wide range of people. Whilst the team are really committed to doing a great job for their clients and work hard to focus on their activity – they are friendly, collaborative, and supportive and have a laugh, too – so being a team player and open, honest communicator is essential.

To be considered, it is essential that you have previous experience in a sales role, ideally working in a targeted telesales/outbound position.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our client’s small team in Thetford, Norfolk.

This is a full-time, permanent position working from 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday and comes with an annual salary of £24,000 per annum with commission, meaning annual on target earnings of £26k - £30k.

They offer telesales, digital marketing, and market research services for a broad range of companies, from software to retail, manufacturing to defence – both in the UK and globally, too.

They have a supportive, studious working environment where they take their work seriously. It’s a busy business, where each day the team represent a different client. This makes the work varied and pretty interesting as there’s always something new to learn.

The Job

This is a varied role, where you’ll be working on different client’s needs each day, working with clients and the team to formulate marketing strategy and plan how to execute this. Other duties will involve:

• Sending and monitoring client email campaigns.
• Creating, scheduling, and engaging with social media posts.
• Designing brochures, leaflets, whitepapers, and posters.
• Writing newsletters, case studies and industry articles.
• Reporting on campaigns with reference to analytics.
• Disciplined in reviewing work and making final tweaks.
• Liaising with clients with project updates.
• Website review and manipulation.
• SEO reviews and improvements

Requirements

• Experience working in marketing role, and/or in possession of marketing qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 proficient. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Social Media platform experience (as a user and poster of articles)
• Website creation experience is a benefit but not essential
