ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:

• Transports finished products from manufacturing to pre-sterile or shipping areas.

• Determines raw material requirements, retrieves materials from the correct location, completes the appropriate issuing transactions and delivers to Manufacturing.

• Verifies the correct count before and after selecting materials from a location.  Maintains license plates in current locations (as needed).

• Deliver molded components to Raw Material Warehouse.

• Scan materials to storage locations in warehouse

• Remove materials from warehouse storage locations and prepare for transportation to production.

• Delivers raw materials to the suggested storage area for said item in the production area.  Pallets must be clean prior to entering the production area per GMP.

• Communicates with the Receiving Coordinator, Purchasing, Planners, and/or Production Supervisors about shortages or potential shortages.

• Keeps aware of the daily schedule and organizes raw materials for current and new orders to be run on the next shift.

• Cycle counts raw materials to maintain accuracy of raw material inventory.  Reports discrepancies to the Receiving Coordinator.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Other responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Complies with all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies/procedures.

• Complies with all local BD quality policies/procedures/practices through consistent application of sound Quality Assurance principles.

Essential Functions

The Opportunity:

Avantor’s Application Penetration Tester will conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of web applications, mobile applications, and other applications as applicable for compliance with Avantor’s policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and deviation from leading practices. Provide information to management regarding impact to the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems through report generation. Create targeted remediation guidance for vulnerabilities identified. Develop policies, standards, and standard operating procedures for penetration testing at Avantor. Advise Avantor’s Security Operations teams and development teams on methods of attack and potential detection mechanisms.

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in application penetration testing, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience or application security experience.
• Certifications/trainings such as GWAPT, PWAPT, CSSLP, GXPN, or similar are a bonus but not required.
• Strong understanding of common web application vulnerabilities, as well as experience in exploiting and mitigating them.
• Familiarity with security assessment tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, sqlmap, and others.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, Python) to develop and customize testing scripts and tools.

Who you are

• You have excellent understanding of the OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities and other industry leading practices.
• Able to work independently and efficiently, and able to manage a testing project pipeline with numerous tests that could shift in priority at a moment’s notice.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
• You can read PHP, Java, Python, Angular, or other similar programming languages to identify vulnerabilities and provide targeted remediation guidance relevant to the language/framework in use.

How you will create an impact

• Conduct crystal box application penetration tests on web and mobile applications to identify security vulnerabilities, including but not limited to SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), authentication bypass, and more.
• Utilize a combination of manual testing, automated tools, and manual code analysis to identify weaknesses and potential entry points.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and application security engineers to communicate findings, propose remediation strategies, and guide the implementation of fixes.
• Perform security assessments based on industry standards and frameworks.
• Stay up to date with emerging security threats, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques to enhance our testing methodologies and remediation options.
• Document and report test findings, including vulnerability details, risk ratings using OWASP Risk Rating methodology, and remediation recommendations, in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of testing methodologies, tools, and leading practices within the application security team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers regarding secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation relevant to their code base.

Pay Transparency:

Construction Quality Manager

What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and with teams to ensure compliance with established quality assurance procedures and take required action to ensure the quality of the construction deliverables. Provide quality control review, identify sources of error, and refine the construction management process. You will help our teams make critical changes to improve their performance and improve client satisfaction.

• Administer the Construction Quality Management System. Participate in construction project kickoffs, track checklist completion, audit projects, ensure the quality program is updated with lessons learned and facilitate monthly quality management reviews.
• Guide the delivery and development of large scale and comprehensive project execution quality plans. Provide technical quality reviews, resolve engineering coordination problems and work on multidisciplinary projects.
• Work closely with Construction team to identify processes, procedures, and control measures through which you’ll monitor quality performance and ensure projects follow the correct protocol.
• Develop and formalize construction quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.
• Work with the project management team on the set-up and implementation of key processes and application methods.
• Collaborate with engineering with regards to specification driven quality requirements.
• Support project sites in confirming quality metrics are consistently tracked and reported.
• Proactively communicate quality opportunities with project sites that do not have day-to-day onsite quality support, including issues or concerns to the project management team.

Data Migration ETL Tester

Key Role:

Conduct extract, transform, and load (ETL) testing of the data extracted, transferred, and loaded from the current Oracle database to the new Azure Synapse database. Write and execute test scripts, employ test frameworks and methodologies, document results, and communicate results back to the data engineering and architect team. Review complex database models and use Oracle and Azure databases. Work independently to execute ETL and work collaboratively with the data engineer and ETL team. Basic Qualifications:   

• 5+ years of experience with automating ETL testing processes to improve efficiency and reusability

• 5+ years of experience with developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate ETL processes

• 8+ years of experience working in a legal or compliance role in a corporate or government environment  
• Experience with compliance at government contractors, ideally in a professional services or technology firm  
• Experience with guiding clients through difficult sanctions compliance issues
• Experience with product-related trade compliance advice and counseling  
• Experience interacting with the Government Financial Asset Control, the Department of State, the Department of Commerce, and related regulators who oversee products and services sales in the national security, cybersecurity, and AI space 
• Experience with serving as a business partner to leaders and building consensus on complex compliance and transactional issues

Basic Responsibilities:

• The SVMI (TRAQ) shall determine when the next trim is required and whether a trim or removal is necessary, assessing all trees with the potential to strike PG&E facilities for failure likelihood and hazards.
• Patrolling, identifying, and prescribing required tree pruning and tree/brush removal Work needed to facilitate completion of electric compliance tags such as 540 tags to meet all regulatory requirements and/or to PG&E Vegetation Management standards and procedures.

What's the role?

To assist in maintaining Quality Assurance and Control practices in adherence to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations for the Quality System Regulation and for ISO 13485 standards, the QA Specialist is responsible for managing complaint handling, returned goods tracking and reporting requirements. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Usual hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week, overtime may be required as needed.

The hourly pay range for this position is $30.00 -$37.00.

Job Description

The Senior Product Quality Engineer will be responsible for driving the execution of quality goals and objectives with a strong emphasis on New Product Introduction (NPI).  The ability to leverage prior experience and expertise during the early stages of product design to contribute in terms of Design for Reliability, Durability, Manufacturability/Assembly and Testability is essential. This position requires the ability to proactively drive actions internally and throughout the supply base, including manufacturing partners and tier one suppliers to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Serve as a key member in the New Product Development team to anticipate and proactively manage product quality, durability and reliability issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop plans for preventing and addressing quality, durability and reliability issues and drive key lessons learned into the NPI process.
• Works closely with New Product Development teams to define and execute quality goals, including identification, definition, implementation and tracking of Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) attributes and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize quality analytics tools to validate resolution of any issues to ensure quality goals are met and sustainable.
• Lead cross functional teams in early field failure analysis through closed loop corrective action and implementation of appropriate permanent solutions.
• Estimate impact of failures on return and field failure rates to drive informed and appropriate technical and business decisions.
• Spearhead and actively contribute to the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) process on new designs.
• Develop and review product quality plans for new products.
• Drive identification and implementation of effective solutions to business / quality problems across the organization, including supplier, NPI and initial launch product quality.
