• This role will be the primary point of contact for US Market Transport (MT) compliance with EHS/ESG and GSC Global Sustainability requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:

• Determines the final release status of finished product. Completes necessary documentation and identifies product as being released. Reviews DHR's for proper documentation and inputs necessary data in SAP. Last check before product is released.

• Functions as a trainer on how to complete appropriate functions of Batch Final Packer.  Assists in training production associates on revised procedures and forms, as required.

• Are key in making decisions using appropriate specifications and documents regarding the acceptability of materials, in-process and finished product.  Completes Material Review Notices (defect notifications), scrap memos, certifications and statistical sampling, as required.

• Ensure nonconforming product is properly contained. Completes required tasks once disposition decision has been made for nonconforming products. Provide complete F-HOLD ID for application on sterilized finished product.

• Participate on nonconforming product investigation teams to help determine root cause and appropriate corrective action.

• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of Plant personnel to report product quality issues and out-of-specification conditions.  Interfaces with 100% inspection personnel to facilitate effective inspection and to coordinate product flow. Interfaces in audit situations both face to face and as a resource as needed.

• Reads and interprets product specifications, Plant procedures and current ISO, ANSI/ASQC and TAPPI standards to determine inspection and product acceptance requirements.

• Conducts device history and procedural audits as directed by QA Management.

• Maintains the QA retention area, including filing and retrieving device history records and retention samples.

• Monitors stocking location inventory.  Makes necessary SAP transfers and supports inventory control in the hold area, including stocking location scrap transfers. Performs audits of hold areas as needed.

• Troubleshoots basic weight check system issues.

• Performs incoming, first piece, and final stat inspections, as required. Performs incoming inspection on material on the off shift or in the absence of incoming inspector.

• Serves as a verifier and back up for the additive lab, verifying documentation when other lab personnel are not present and performing silica testing and additive checkout in the absence of lab coverage.

• Conducts special sampling and product testing, as required. Pulls and provides tubes to the micro lab for testing as necessary.

• Collects product/process data for FWO’s, special projects, validations, etc., as required.

• Supports collection of data to monitor product quality trends and defect notifications in SAP.

• Performs inspections and determines release on labels for outside customers, banding mats, stoppers, TNT tubes, etc.

• Assists in revising specifications, policies, procedures and forms, as necessary.

• Supports Preventative Maintenance, as needed.

• Completes other duties as assigned by QA Management.

Summary 

Reporting to the Director, US Supply Chain, this Supply Chain Compliance position is responsible for reviewing and approving Procurement/Subcontract documentation for compliance with regulations and policies. This role is critical in assisting the Procurement/Subcontract teammates with cost and price analysis for proposals and purchase orders. Title:

KBR is seeking a Test Control Center Manager to support NGA in the testing of geospatial data at the Springfield, VA location. The Test Control Center Manager (TCM) role provides technical and scheduling oversight of the Test Control Center (TCC) spaces of the NGA Test Organization (NTO). The TCC includes multiple test suites, each with multiple test workstations, which serve as work and meeting space for integration test activities. The NTO spaces also house the work spaces for Field Service Representatives (FSR) supporting NTO integration test activities. The TCM acts as a central point of contact for all TCC issues and requests, and provides coordination with NGA Security and Installations (SI), the Enterprise Support Center (ESC), and other NGA offices as necessary.

• Provide TCC Management, ensuring the upkeep and readiness of the TCC test cells and FSR spaces.

In this capacity, the individual will work with employees of all levels across the global KBR organization, including interfacing with high-ranking officials and stakeholders.  This individual will perform duties as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S&S Procurement and will demonstrate complete knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements as they relate to KBR Subcontracts/Purchase Orders and will maintain consistent knowledge of regulation updates. The Procurement Compliance Manager will be based to Houston, TX and will report to the Sr. Manager of Procurement Compliance.

Additional Responsibilities Include: 

The Procurement Compliance Manager duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Assure S&S maintains a Government Approved Purchasing System
• Assure Procurement File Compliance to KBR’s Procurement Manual and Government requirements.
• Champion integrity of the Procurement Manual and work with other Business Units to ensure it is maintained and Current.
• Establish and monitor an effective training curriculum for all Government procurement professionals.
• Provide training to Procurement and Operations personnel on all aspects of the procurement process as well as specific targeted areas as required and monitor training effectiveness and attendance.
• Assist with the development of Procurement training modules to ensure Compliance issues are being properly addressed.
• Act as lead trainer for advanced procurement topics.
• Establish and monitor a comprehensive Internal Auditing System, including implementation of effective peer auditing (IPASS), independent assessments, quality feedback/KPI review process, and progressive risk-based reviews of large procurements.
• Develop comprehensive audit reports that detail audit findings, recommend corrective actions as required, perform risk assessments, and conduct internal control assessments.
• Report findings and observations to the Sr. Manager of Procurement & Compliance, the VP, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, the Director, Procurement & Supply Chain Management and other senior managers.
• Coordinate with all external Government agencies and internal requests to provide responses for audits and ensure compliance in the most responsive manner possible.
• Implement a Compliance metrics program to track findings discovered during compliance reviews.
• Develop recurring reports and analyses on a weekly/monthly basis from commitment data
• Responsible for oversight of S&S Small Business Reporting and Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO)
• Ensures SBLO guides proposal teams towards consistently including diverse suppliers in the competitive bidding process.
• Promotes supplier diversity strategy to drive growth in small business and other related socio-economic category spending for KBR.
• Promotes the formation of strong diverse supplier partnerships, teaming arrangements, and joint ventures as appropriate and maintain partnerships.
• Overseas the development of goals, metrics, and reporting to monitor performance against KBR's Subcontracting Plans and government regulations in accordance with FAR Part 19
• Ensures accurate and compliant ISR’s and SSRs are submitted in accordance with the Small Business filing requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Similar from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years related experience with a focus on procurement compliance and small business requirements. 5 years of the 10 years in a supervisory or management role
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience using Power BI, a plus.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• Experience with Costpoint (preferred)

THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to provide an exceptional experience to headliners. This position will report to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome attendees at entrances and make everyone aware of Ground Control’s presence and purpose
• Abide by assigned shift schedule, pump water at the free water refill stations and patrol the event zones at correct times with assigned group mates
• Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls
• Listen attentively to the radio and respond immediately to specific calls and requests
• Assist distressed individuals when they are in need of a helping hand
• Memorize information provided by the event website, festival guide and staff guide to share with attendees
• Understand evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show
• Provide support at entrance areas using megaphones to assist Headliners with directional support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service-related work experience is preferred
• Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required
• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
• Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time and walk long distances
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
• Must be able to walk up/down stairs

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
