Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and testing processes to verify that construction work meets project specifications and quality requirements.
• To verify the setup, formed, implementation and operation of the quality and control system by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities.
• Able to liaise with consultants, clients and related parties.
• To ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems.
• Document non-conformance reports and collaborate with the project teams on corrective action.
• Provide training on quality standards and the best practices.
• To lead and manage all QAQC related matters.
• Recommend process enhancements for efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with knowledge of QAQC standard procedures.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.

ROLE PUROSE

• QA positions required to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer.
• To involve in software testing and related activities such as test design, and test executions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Understand the business requirement and system change request before conducting testing.
• Prepare test plan according to the user requirement and create & maintain test cases.
• Perform manual and/or automated test executions where relevant and verify the application/product/software/system to ensure meet the defined requirements.
• Involve in automation framework development e.g. design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for various types of testing (e.g., functional, performance, regression)
• Able to perform first level troubleshooting and analysis if found any system defects and report to technical team if it is a program bug.
• To mitigate risk and prevent any potential software application issues.
• To be a good coordinator when supporting user testing.
• Proper documentation for safekeep and the proof of testing conducted.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

•Academic Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field

•Professional Qualification (Preferred but not mandatory):

oSoftware Testing related e.g., ISTQB

•Experience: Possessing knowledge Software Engineering or related field.

-Experience in Fintech, Banking, Cards/Payments industry is a plus

-Experience in Software Development, Software Testing methodology and principles preferred

•Candidate with programming background and extensive SQL knowledge will have an advantage

•Familiarity with a modern tech stack. Preferably:

Data Entry Specialist (Compliance-related)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily short selling declarations accurately and promptly to comply with regulatory requirements in the Hong Kong Stockbroking Market.
• Conduct thorough customer name screenings in alignment with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Enter data accurately across various functions, including but not limited to: Name Screening System, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Risk Assessment (CRA), Hong Kong Stock Short Selling Declaration & Short Selling Address.
• Professionally and promptly respond to daily customer inquiry emails, providing accurate and helpful information to maintain excellent customer relations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all data entries related to stock short selling declarations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry & data support, preferably within the stockbroking or financial services sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
