We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Quality & Reliability Engineering diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.

What you will be working on:

• Responsible in managing the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
• Responsible in ensuring that changes are effectively communicated to customers through working with various stakeholders including the account facing teams & process owners.
• Be the Facilitator of engineering change requirements to ensure that both internal and customer requirements must be met.
• Manage the ECN scorecards with respect to implementation and closure with the relevant stakeholders.
• Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
• Be the Facilitator for customer concessions and work with internal stakeholders/customers until concession closure.
• Participates in inter-departmental cross-functional projects.
• Analyzing common problems / root causes with possible suggestions for further improvements.

More About You:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science / Physics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automotive industry.
• Preferably with experience in SPC tool.
• Preferably with experience in Change Management & Concession Management

We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Quality & Product Engineering diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for Quality control for Facilities and Fab use - UPW, Chemicals, wafers, Fab Environment and Incoming quality check of materials.

What you will be working on:

• Liaise and support fab engineering modules on requirements for ad-hoc requests
• Communicate to end user and follow up for OOC/OOS issues
• Manage, maintain and verify functionality of equipment and perform troubleshoot where required
• Responsible and accountable for work quality and integrity in all assigned tasks
• Participate in continuous improvement programs/ initiate action for continuous improvement in work processes, safety and quality standards
• To monitor and improve the performance of analytical tools and methods for analysis
• Responsible for safety and housekeeping of Lab work areas and environment
• Update in meetings for Pre alert/ Out of control/ shutdown cases

More About You:

• Degree in Chemistry/ Material Science or equivalent
• 1- 3 year experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, Chemical Lab or/ and quality related experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of analytical techniques
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Win Word, Powerpoint, Tableau and Excel VBA

We’re searching for an Supplier Quality Management Engineer to be part of our Quality & Reliability Engineering department to ensure high quality of incoming materials going into the fab with early detection gating methodology of abnormal materials.

What you will be working on:

• Work with Suppliers/Subcontractors to ensure high quality of incoming materials going into the fab with early detection gating methodology of abnormal materials; Collaborate with Suppliers/Subcontractors for Quality Control Development & Improvement Programs; Work with Stakeholders on New Suppliers and Materials Evaluation.
• Execute Certificate of Analysis (COA) & Statistical Process Control (SPC) system for quality control of incoming materials.
• Chair Material Review Board (MRB) meetings with risk-based assessment and material disposition.
• Conduct Supplier Audits and follow-through till closure of Supplier Audit CARs.
• Lead and co-work with Material Owner for Supplier/Subcontractor Complaint till 8D closure.
• Manage change request from/to Suppliers/Subcontractors.
• Work with Purchasing & Material Owner for New Materials & Suppliers Evaluation.
• Maintain Supplier Quality Scorecard to objectively measure the quality performance of Suppliers/Subcontractors and drive for quality gap closures.
• Use Data Analytics to identify opportunities of quality improvements on incoming materials.
• Collaborate with Suppliers/Subcontractors for Quality Control Development and Improvement Programs.
• Drive Suppliers for Ship to Control (STN) or Ship to Notification (STN) requirements.
