About the Opportunity
At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our Community. As Compliance Coordinator you will drive the culture and performance of the Compliance Team to provide a professional, responsive and efficient approach to education and enforcement. With your excellent leadership, communication and relationship skills, you will be able to work with your colleagues and our community to ensure positive outcomes as well as educate and encourage ongoing compliance with legislative requirements. You can multi-task, prioritise, meet deadlines and improve processes using technology and innovative solutions.
On a typical day this role will:
Supervise, motivate and coordinate the Compliance Team, including Rangers, Animal Shelter and Development Compliance
Educate and provide advice to our community, internal and external stakeholders
Investigate, gather evidence and enforce compliance of legislation relevant to the role
