Location: Remote based, with travel throughout the West Midlands region

About the role
Our Development Quality Assurers support the growth and improvement of our Vocational Trainers. If you’re looking for a role where you can use your knowledge to enrich teaching, learning and assessment practices, then this could be the job for you!
As a Development QA your daily duties will include:
Monitoring the development and continuing professional development of the Vocational Trainers in the West Midlands region
Providing regular development sessions both online and face-to-face, that cater to the entire learning journey, enabling continuous improvement and promoting learner progression
Coaching your Vocational Trainers to effectively fulfill the fundamental components of the learner journey and the assessment cycle
Forecasting completions, with a strong focus on reducing out-of-funding (OOF) cases and ensuring timely program completions
Designing and delivering consistency sessions while actively participating in sessions earmarked for your own professional growth.
About you
We're seeking a passionate individual who can help our Vocational Trainers shape the learning journeys of our students.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience of apprenticeship training and delivery
A Level 3 TAQA Qualification
An AET or equivalent qualification
Hold or be working towards a Level 4 TAQA qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An accredited coaching qualification is a plus
Please note you must be located within the West Midlands region as travel is required as part of this role
A driving licence and access to own vehicle are also required
