Responsibilities:

• Deliver training to new and existing Procurement stakeholders for job-specific applications and processes
• Work with training team to develop on-line courses and simulations in Workday Learning, including knowledge checks
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Training Teams on employee curriculum development, learning needs and competing course schedules
• Collaborate with project teams as the Training Lead for applicable initiatives
• Complete analysis to understand what new training content should be developed and existing content should be enhanced
• Provide feedback to management regarding training initiatives
• Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years experience (preferably in an instructional or other learning role)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education, Learning, Instructional Design and/or Human Resources)
• Has developed training programs and implemented for use at varying levels of leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Public speaking skills – comfortable moderating discussions either in-person or via web conference 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing deadlines 
• Experience supporting learning or talent management programs 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite including creating, formatting and editing presentations and other documents 
• Ability to adapt to change and effectively handle ambiguity
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices and technologies, including Workday
• Technical savvy / ability to learn new systems

Your Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent customer service.

Job Description

OES Equipment, a part of the DPR family of companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry, looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator for our distribution center in Austin, Texas. The role of Warehouse Administrator will primarily be to focus on outgoing shipment processes and the ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable team player who is willing to assist our team with all receiving and shipping processes, inventory counts, and ensuring accuracy within each step of our warehouse processes.

The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for the following: 

• Responsible to assist with all receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping activities in warehouse.

• Process and pack outgoing orders.

• Ensure orders are shipped within timely manner and meet KPI standards.

• Ensure accurate inventory receiving and shipping, and take appropriate actions as necessary to correct discrepancies.

• Ensure outbound shipments are placed in appropriate staging areas.

• Assist to accept incoming deliveries.

• Assist with inventory cycle counts.

• Assist with re-location of inventory in warehouse.

• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to take initiative, ask clarifying questions when needed and carry out responsibilities of position independently.

• Prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Proficient in use of computers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• General construction industry or construction tool knowledge is a plus.

• Warehouse experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Available to be fully in-person, at the distribution center in Austin TX.

Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Business Management and

Procurement Supply or related field.

At least 1-2 years procurement work experience preferably within the NGO sector.

Knowledge of USAID procedures and regulations desirable

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

Anticipated hourly range:  $19.10 per hour - $24.26 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)
