Main function:
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure the provision of a professional with incoming goods, storage and outbound of LUXASIA and JV orders on timely manner.
Monitor warehouse performance, identify and report issues back to Warehouse Operation Assistant Manager.
Role responsibilities:
· Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and outbound of orders in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by LUXASIA.
· Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision to ensure responsibilities of each task are well handled.
· Work closely with Warehouse Manager or Supervisor to understand operations constrain, congestion and gaps for improvement.
· Organizing and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.
· Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the LUXASIA product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards.
· Ensure quality procedures such as inspection during inbound or inspection on return orders and team quality targets are strictly adhered to.
· Monitor work rate and focus on cost effectiveness (Reduce Overtime).
· Discuss and prepare sufficient manpower for daily and campaign operations.
· Prepare daily reports such as Inbound, Outbound, Return, damaged reports which involve Order Picking Accuracy (percent by order), On-time Shipments counts.
· Weekly productivities - Inventory Count Accuracy by Location.
· Implementing periodic, periodic inventory and reconciliation and adjustment of inventory data difference
· Perform jobs arising at the request of direct management
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
· Actively and adapt to a rapidly developing environment
· Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage
· Fluent in English, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
