Job Description

• Support the project team in the purchase of equipment, materials, and services
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement documents
• Coordinate with suppliers in pricing and to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Assist in the management of supplier relationships
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies
• Research potential suppliers and products
• Assist in equipment inspections and registrations

Job Requirement

• Prefer 2 years of experience in procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
• Candidate will be based at office

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rack assembly in accordance with SOPs
• Assist in loading/unloading
• Stock take activities
• Conduct QC checks, packing, material handling, and housekeeping.
• Assist in product delivery to customers
• Other Adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

• Physical fit and willing to work in the Sembawang-Senoko area
• Able to carry and lift heavy materials.
• Able to support overtime when required.
• No experience is needed; training will be provided.
• Forklift License will be advantageous.

Other Info

• 5 days’ work week
• Mon to Fri: 8:00am to 5:45pm
• Basic Salary + Variable OT & bonus, allowances
• Max up to 21 days Annual Leave
