Responsibilities:

• Get quotation from the relevant supplies                
• Responsible for preparing Purchase Order, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function                
• Cost negotiation with supplier & cost analysis                
• To assist in project claims preparation & progress payment to sub-contractor   
• Maintain cost database & sub contractor

Requirements:

• SPM Level or Equivalent and is Computer Literate                
• Min 5 yrs exp. In Construction field with minimun supervisor                
• Able to work independently and excellent communication skills               
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Bahasa & Chinese               
• Able to commerce work immediately & possess own vehicle would be an added advantage

要求：

• SPM 水準或同等水準且懂計算機
• 至少 5 年經驗。在建築領域，監工人數最少
• 能夠獨立工作並且具備優秀的溝通能力
• 精通英語、印尼語和中文的口語和書面表達
• 能夠立即進行商業工作並擁有自己的車輛將是一個額外的優勢
