Indisol Lubricant Specialists is seeking a Technical Sales & Warehouse Manager to play a key role in our growing team!

Your Role:
You will be at the heart of our operations, leading technical sales initiatives while managing efficient warehouse processes.
Your Role:
As a Technical Sales & Warehouse Manager, you will:
• Drive Customer Success:
o Identify customer needs and recommend the best lubrication solutions.
o Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, including comparative technology documents.
o Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering expert advice and ongoing support.
• Develop Technical Expertise:
o Investigate lubrication issues and provide tailored solutions.
o Prepare lubrication schedules and technical data sheets (TDS) for clients.
o Conduct customer training sessions on lubrication systems and products.
• Support Operational Excellence:
o Manage stock levels and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.
o Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound stock movements, with occasional forklift use.
o Ensure compliance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 year of proven experience in a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of lubrication concepts and automotive technology.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage customers and team members.
• Solid experience in warehousing and logistics, with a minimum of 5 years of forklift operation.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor degree or higher qualification is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
