Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy in the AV industry, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Perform any other duties assigned by the director
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Market knowledge (AV Industry)
- Communication and negotiation skills
