About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Audio Editor who will be responsible for editing audio content such as voiceovers as well as mixing VO, SFX and music to create rich soundscapes for internal teams on as needed basis. Candidates should be proficient at multi-tasking, energized by tight deadlines, and possess a dedicated team spirit.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Edit, mix, and master audio recordings for various projects, ensuring high-quality output.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, Learning Managers, Instructional Designers, remote voice talent and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver accordingly.
· Clean and enhance audio quality by removing background noise and applying other audio processing techniques.
· Ensure that all audio content meets the company's technical standards and client specifications.
· Manage and archive project files systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
· Proven experience in audio editing and mixing.
· Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Audacity).
· Strong understanding of audio editing, mixing, and sound design principles.
· Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English, both verbal and written.
· Highly organized, flexible, and capable of multitasking.
· Able to work under tight deadlines and meet daily targets.
Good to have skills:
· Degree in Audio Production, Sound Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years relevant work experience.
· Experience in eLearning and/or Localization Industries
· Experience with AI audio generation platforms.
