Picture Communication is an independent photography company with over two decades of experience in corporate, event, product, and studio photography and videography. In 2025, we are also expanding our business to include studio rental.

To keep up with the pace of work, we are looking for a meticulous and friendly studio assistant who can handle the administrative aspects of the company, and be responsible for the upkeep of the studio space.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the point of contact for all clients, renters and external vendors
2. Oversee and manage the entire production process, from first contact to final payment
3. Maintain the tidiness of the studio space, as well as ensure supplies are well-stocked on a day-to-day basis
4. Edit and create basic photo templates

Requirements

1. Good written and verbal communication skills
2. A detail-oriented nature
3. A basic understanding or interest in the photography industry
4. Basic knowledge or willingness to learn applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign

Benefits:

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of Ihr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of Ihr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• The work hours may be changed to fit the schedule of the School.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents;
• Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printina Room, such as - Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings;
• Request forms and stationery for staff use;
• Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition;
• Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms - To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman;
• To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines;
• Any other administration duties as assigned by the school, eg sort/ distribute and file documents, attend to walk-ins/ calls etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Able to speak and read English;
• Candidate should preferably have experience in printing and administration duties;
• Candidate should preferably have at least a Pass in WISE English Language Module 4, or equiva!ent;
• Candidate should preferably display traits such as service excellence, has a service-oriented attitude, is meticulous with details and efficient in meeting work deadlines.
