Job Description
This is a true hybrid communications role with a strong focus on PR, we need someone with high-quality storytelling skills, and the ability to form strong media relationships to pitch our stories. You will work closely with the Marketing team on identifying key subject matter, supporting both our campaigns and business objectives.


Internally we need a person who can assist our leadership team in clearly communicating with our team regularly, and engaging with our employees spread throughout Australia bringing them together as one team.

This role will be part of the national Marketing team, based out of the Sydney office.

Salary Guide: $100,000 Base + Super

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the media engagement strategy including the development and distribution of media releases and managing media reach-out and follow-up.
Identifying key external partners and influencers to share our stories to educate and inform the community.
Plan and execute PR & media campaigns to achieve high reach/value media coverage across national and local channels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of PR and Media strategy and campaigns.
Management of content for our intranet.
Development and production of internal communications materials for written applications (EDM’s, intranet etc), internal presentations (in person and online), and video content.
Production of internal EDM’s.
Assistance to the leadership team with their communications to the broader team internally, and externally.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in journalism, public relations, marketing or communications.
4+ years experience working in a PR/internal communications role
A positive, can-do attitude, and experience in engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.
Experience in reporting on external media engagement.
The ability to strategically identify and leverage media opportunities.
Strong knowledge of digital communications platforms i.e. Intranet, Marketing Cloud, PR platforms (PRWire etc)
Strong skills in Indesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro (video production), Powerpoint, Word, Excel

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan for business areas as well as across operational, financial, compliance and risk management audits
• Ensure the adequacy of policies and procedures for managing and mitigating risks, the effectiveness of the implementation of policies and procedures, the quality of parameters applied to identify risks, and the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource management policies and procedures
• Ensure the effectiveness that the implementation of AML-CFT programs

As a UX Writing Intern, you’ll be part of an award-winning and culturally diverse design team whose mission is to make banking more accessible through human-centered design. You’ll work under the guidance of our Senior UX Writer in building a unified content design system for TymeX’s multi-country banking platforms.

Working location: HIU Tower, 215 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Internship Period: 4 months

The job

• Collaborate with UX writers in crafting content for TymeX’s content design style guide
• Assist in auditing the product content of TymeX’s banking products
• Help maintain the team’s product content repositories
• Help develop the team’s localization and translation standards

Must-haves

• Knowledge of Figma (basic to intermediate)
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
• Experience in writing product and/or website content in English and Vietnamese
• A writing and editing portfolio (should consist of outputs written in English and Vietnamese)
• An understanding of human-centered design principles
• Familiarity with—and genuine curiosity for—banking and financial products

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in conducting content audits and creating brand style guides
• Background in IT and mobile app development
• Familiarity with how design is delivered in an Agile work environment

• Internship Allowance: 6,000,000 VND per month (gross)
• Insurance: basic as required by law
• Parking Fee for motorbike: covered by company.
