MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conceptualise and produce engaging social media content and email marketing campaign (mainly on Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram channels)
- Work with creative designer to execute social media campaigns
- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute content
- Support in scheduling, postings and upkeep of daily content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and Telegram channels.
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
- Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying comments, private messages and DMs on social media accounts
- Take photos and videos and edit them to ensure visual consistency across all channels
Requirements:
- Diploma in business management/marcom preferred
- A commitment of 6 months for this internship is preferred
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
