The primary purpose of this position is to serves as a senior non-supervisory engineer for the Civil Engineer Division, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Detachment 6 in support of MAJCOM Strategic and Non-Strategic basing and beddown processes and associated Site Activation Task Forces (SATAFs).

The Local Recovery Coordinator (LRC) is located in the Mental Health Care Line and serves to assist in implementation of policies and procedures from the National Recovery Coordinator (NRC). The LRC will also facilitate implementation of recovery-oriented services in Mental Health programs, which includes education of providers and veterans and their families on recovery and evaluation of implementation efforts.

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Training and consulting with facility leadership, staff, veterans/family, and community regarding recovery-oriented services and the transformation of VHA mental health services.

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Provides professional consultation pertaining to human behavior, determining the reasons for that behavior and predicting and/or modifying the behavior.

Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) team-based care provides Veteran centered, recovery-oriented, and evidence-based services. The Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) serves as a BHIP Associate, providing expert care to Veterans served by the VA Medical Center's interdisciplinary outpatient mental health clinic utilizing evidence-based interventions for Veterans with a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions. Major duties include, but may not be limited to:

• Provides case management which includes determining and monitoring care coordination needs over time, and facilitating follow-up and outreach as needed to promote proactive, personalized care and care continuity.

1. Acts as a legal adviser and attorney for the state/territory National Guard, responsible for the formulation of state/territory legal policy and its execution legal representation; legal initiatives; interpretation and litigation of U.S. and state/territory(s) constitutional, civil, criminal, labor law; international law and treaty agreements; and a full spectrum of expert legal advice. Acts as a legal adviser and attorney for the state/territory National Guard, responsible for assisting in the formulation of state/territory legal policy pertaining to prevention of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and domestic abuse, while serving as the special legal advisor to the Adjutant General, the Office of Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA), Commands SHARP and SEEM programs. Primary coordinator and advisor in the OSJA pertaining to military justice/adverse actions that are initiated against alleged offenders. Serves as the primary point of contact for outside entities and stakeholders, including Special Victims' Counsel, Defense Services, the SARC and the SEEM Manager preventing future harm to victims by ensuring the proper procedures are implemented and followed and that justice and adverse actions are administered properly.

4. Serves as an attorney/adviser providing acquisition and fiscal legal advice to the state/territory's assigned United States Property & Fiscal Officer, particularly in the area of emerging requirements in victim support and legal resourcing (the Chief of the National Guard Bureau's agent in the state/territory) and active-duty military advisers.
