Role Description

This is a Freelance remote role for a Course Developer at WeWe Talent. The Course Developer will be responsible for:

• instructional design
• curriculum development

• and course development on a day-to-day basis.

• Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan market research, strategis dan menganalisis tren buku saat ini maupun yang akan datang untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang tepat.
• Mengidentifikasi dinamika pasar, peluang pertumbuhan, serta merancang strategi yang efektif untuk memposisikan buku dengan optimal di marketplace.
• Berkordinasi dengan penerbit buku untuk mengoptimalkan alur proses produksi buku yang ada di Penerbit Buku Kompas (PBK)

Bertanggung jawab dalam mengkoordinasikan peluncuran (launching) buku baru dari Penerbit Buku Kompas (PBK), mengelola penjualan buku PBK melalui berbagai marketplace, serta menangani proses direct selling buku PBK kepada pelanggan.

• Make a financial reporting.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly taxes, WHT and VAT
• Manage tax filings and payments, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Preparing memorial journal
• Reviewing general ledger, account payable, and account receivable
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, particularly those related to digital transactions.

1. Able to prepare complete financial reports in accordance with General Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) along with analysis and problem solving from the results of the analysis
2. Master the latest Tax Regulations
3. Prepare tax planning and SPT report
4. Experienced in dealing with financial audits from government regulators such as DJP, BI, OJK, etc
5. Master the logic of financial reporting systems/applications that are integrated between systems/applications/modules
6. Act as an active whistle blower / reporter for each Journal of unusual anomalous transaction activity

• Develop a relationship with key accounts and growth existing clients
• Responsible for the grooming clients and ensure for business growth opportunities.
• Ensure for the timely and succesful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
• Responsible for first training (if needed) of how to use our services
• Building a great relationship with clients
• Monitoring transaction data for every LIVE merchant for business growth opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan for business areas as well as across operational, financial, compliance and risk management audits
• Ensure the adequacy of policies and procedures for managing and mitigating risks, the effectiveness of the implementation of policies and procedures, the quality of parameters applied to identify risks, and the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource management policies and procedures
• Ensure the effectiveness that the implementation of AML-CFT programs
• Ensure that internal audit activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with standards established by industry best practices and the relevant risk and regulatory environment, and provide country management with assurance that local regulatory requirements as well as the expectations of the local regulators are fully met
• Communicate root causes of identified issues, associated risks, including recommendations for improvements in business processes, on the current and future business model and operating environment and ensure that actions plans are properly implemented by management
• Ensure that sufficient audit evidence and documentation is obtained to support audit findings
• Deliver high quality audit reports in a timely manner with audit issues focused on key risks, root causes, materiality, potential solutions and succinct messages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags and ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed
• Estabilish and monitoring to internal’s applicable SOPs
