The roles can vary and you could be tasked with cleaning, cooking, food preparation & dishwashing etc. For this exciting role you must have a good level of physical fitness, as you are often on your feet and active for the majority of your shift.

You will be paid either under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009], the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award [MA000080], General Retail Industry Award [MA000004] or the Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119] or Registered and Licensed Clubs Award [MA000058].

- The work will range in pay from an ordinary rate of Level 1 $23/hr up to $33+/hr
- Working hours will vary from anywhere from 6am to 11pm, 7 days per week.
- Overtime rates will be paid where applicable
- Upskilling & additional allowances may also be paid if you were trained in extra tasks.

Flourish Plants is seeking a Gardener to undertake a broad range of physically intensive and detailed tasks essential for maintaining our nursery. This role is responsible for hands-on plant care, nursery maintenance, and order fulfilment, with strict attention to all protocols and company standards. Reporting to the Head Grower, this role demands a highly dedicated individual ready to tackle each of the following responsibilities daily:
Responsibilities:
Plant Care & Maintenance
• Perform daily watering, weeding, thinning, and pruning to promote plant health.
• Prepare sites, plots, and soils as needed and participate in pest control and fertilisation programs.
• Assist with chemical spraying and other treatments essential to plant care.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Detail, label, pack, and fill plant orders for accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure only healthy plants are picked, with correct barcodes placed on each order and positioned in designated trays.
• Handle picking lists accurately and ensure they are completed and submitted promptly.
Equipment Handling & Manual Labor
• Regularly lift, load, and unload supplies and equipment, including stacking trays for the delivery driver.
• Operate quad bikes and other machinery as required, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Set up irrigation systems, adjust shade and ventilation, and build fences or structures as requested.
General Housekeeping
• Maintain a clean worksite and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each day.
• Comply with all company policies, including taking breaks within designated times and completing paperwork accurately.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
• Consistently uphold the highest safety standards, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all WHS policies.
• Report all accidents and hazards immediately, remove hazards from work areas, and rectify faults when possible.
• Only operate equipment you are trained to use, following all manufacturer instructions.

• Represent Flourish Plants in a professional manner, maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude.

Plant Metallurgist
Provides an exciting combination of a multi-mineral processing within a mill constrained environment. This means that you will have the opportunity to work with multiple unit processes (primary milling, gravity recovery, flotation, concentrate dewatering, tails regrind, CIP, elution recovery) while also looking at opportunities for throughput improvement. In addition to this, the three mineralogically different ore bodies being treated through the process plant require metallurgy-based decision making to develop appropriate blending strategies. The high performing team on site has been able to achieve record recovery and throughputs since commissioning the CIP plant in 2021. THE ROLE
Reporting to the Metallurgy Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring ore recovery is maximised at all stages of Processing, through monitoring of equipment and analysis of samples. You will champion safe, efficient and cost-effective ore production, guiding Process Operators to achieve optimal production and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimise equipment performance
• Ensure budgeted outputs are met or exceeded
• Effective metallurgical data management and analysis
• Contribute evidence-based direction on changes to operating strategies.
• Take ownership of Metallurgical accounting and reporting.
• Oversee performance and maintenance of the on-stream analytical (OSA) equipment.
• Plan, undertake and report on Metallurgical sampling, testwork and projects.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and accountability in the Plant.
• Engage with Process operators to improve their knowledge of the circuit.

ABOUT YOU

• Formal qualification in Metallurgy or related science
• Proven experience in a Plant Metallurgist position

• Solid understanding of gold plant processing including crushing, grinding, flotation, gravity separation/cyanide leaching and dewatering (thickening and filtration)
• High level of ability in Microsoft products and use of SCADA and PI Historian systems preferred
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Working knowledge and understanding of Metallurgical accounting
• WA "C" class driver's license
• Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations
