What would you be doing in this role?
You would be leading and evolving our DEI and culture strategies across Consumer Lending.
- Working closely with Central DEI and Culture teams to understand, contribute to and embed Group priorities.
- Strategic partnering with leaders and People Partners to influence structural inclusion and the diversity of our workforce.
- Analysing DE&I data and insight to identify DE&I challenges and solutions, telling the story to colleagues and leaders, and building the right support for interventions.
- Owning our colleague listening strategy, including data storytelling from engagement surveys.
- Embedding cultural transformation initiatives at all levels and project managing our bespoke career enhancement programmes.
- Managing our Culture & People Forum - a key lever for landing people initiatives in Consumer Lending.
What you'll need
- You can influence and challenge with care at all levels - providing expert consultancy to the business.
- You're an experienced data storyteller - creating powerful insights and recommendations, keeping DEI and culture as a focused priority for leaders.
- You're a confident communicator - delivering and facilitating presentations (virtual and in- person) and writing engaging communications for all audiences (up to Exec level).
- You create innovative content that generates behavioural change.
- You're an expert researcher, with detailed knowledge of the external context, bringing insights into the team which shape initiatives based on colleague priorities.
Whilst DEI and Culture knowledge/experience is helpful, we also value transferrable skills, and we're passionate about developing our colleagues.
