Construction and Renovation Company looking for Account Assistant
Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into accounting system
- Handling full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable including Invoicing, Receipts & Payments
- Prepare and check summary payment to subcontractors and suppliers, including issuing cheques and payment vouchers
- Prepare monthly payment for GIRO expenses/ staff claim/ petty cash and key into accounting system
- Assist in handling full set of account for auditing at end of Financial Year
- Assist HR Dept in Payroll Administration
- General Duties including documentation filing, updating data, billing, collections, payments, etc
- Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by Management
Requirements
- Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Familiar in Auto Count accounting software will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, problem-solving skill, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in Construction or Renovation Company
- Able to start work immediately
- Good command of English and Mandarin
