We're looking for our general managers to:


Hire and keep the best people
Coach, develop and mentor their team to success
Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
Deliver on your forecasts and budgets
Maximise revenue by driving volume
Deliver on the pub's controllables


In this role we need someone with:


Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
Excellent food & drink knowledge
Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
Familiarity with sales and marketing plans
Competent and organised in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings
A driving license and vehicle is essential for this role

The Goudhurst Inn is located near Balfour Winery in the charming village of Goudhurst, The Goudhurst Inn offers four boutique suites, locally-sourced cuisine, and a spacious dining room. The Tickled Trout, located in West Farleigh, is a smart modern pub with six boutique rooms and a favourite with the locals. We offer a sun-filled garden with a terrace for al fresco dining and a covered marquee for events. Renowned for good food and hospitality, if you're enthusiastic about hospitality and creating unforgettable moments, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for a cleaner for the pub area to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, for 2 hours a day anytime between 7am & 11am.

We're looking for our Cleaners to:


Keep the pub super clean and sparkly
Take responsibility for the care and control of the pub’s linen, cleaning products and toiletries
Be self motivated and reliable


In this role we need someone with:


A keen eye for cobwebs
High standards and attention to detail
Their own transport to get to and from work
