These positions will perform the full range of supervisory duties for a team of permanent and temporary seasonal recreation fee technicians and clerks which includes:

• Collect appropriate fees at entrance station in accordance with accountability guidelines; determine visitor eligibility for the sale of various park passes. Maintain accountable stock.
• Serve as a front-line uniformed representative of the park. Provide current and accurate information and excellent customer service to visitors concerning the park and surrounding areas.
• Operate equipment (e.g., point of sale systems, electronic cash register, credit card machine, and/or computer) to collect fees and track various forms of payment (e.g., cash, credit cards, checks, etc.).
• Prepare reports including remittance reports, shift reports, and visitor use statistics.
