Job Brief:

To efficiently and effectively maintain all Konica Minolta products in the field at optimum operational level at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper service, maintenance and repair of all Konica Minolta products in the designated areas and such service to be carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Be ready to assist other area / branch when needs arise.
• Installation of printer/scan/fax drivers, applications/software settings on machines/PCs, resolving issues crop up on solutions/applications sold by Konica Minolta, are part of the job responsibilities.
• Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Reports with all relevant information as requested and such reports must be submitted to Superior same day of service or latest next morning.
• Ensure all parts required are properly recorded in Spare Parts Requisition Form and to acknowledge receipt of parts taken at all times. Unused parts/ spoilt parts must be returned to Spare Parts Department same day or latest next morning.
• To call the Office upon arriving at customer's site and after completion of service calls or as at when directed to do so.
• To attend all Konica Minolta products' service training and any refresher course as may be considered necessary from time to time and/or as directed, and keep up-to-date all technical service bulletins, manuals, modification kits etc as given/taught from time to time.
• Ensure all Company information – spare parts price list, service manuals, technical service bulletins etc are kept confidential and not fall into unauthorized hands.
• Not to service, maintain or repair any competitor models unless instructed to do so by Superior, and not to reveal/discuss with any outsiders/customers any problems/information relating to Konica Minolta products except in the strict performance of your job functions.
• Perform other related duties as and when directed by Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Engineering (Electrical / Electronic),Engineering (Mechanical),Engineering (Industrial)
• Preferably Intern specializing in Maintenance / Repair or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written

JOB SUMMARY

· To carry out general maintenance work as directed by Assistant Manager and Supervisor/ Senior Supervisor/Officer.

· To operate the road sweeper, water tanker, truck and other operation vehicles as instructed.

JOB TASK

1 To operate the respective operations vehicles such as :-

• Road Sweeper for sweeping of pavement
•  Lorry c/w crane for carrying and lifting of goods
• Water Tanker for water supply
• Van and other operations vehicles

2. Carry out maintenance work as directed by Assistant Manager and Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Officer.

3. To be part of the Emergency Response Team to attend to emergency situation.

4 All structures and facilities along the highway and assist in traffic management.

5.  Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving lorry / truck and carrying out maintenance work.
• Possess a valid driving license Class D, GDL and E.
• Good teamwork and commitment.

Job Scope

1. To ensure all daily maintenance works being carried out and recorded for reference
2. To closely monitor the e-works status and to resolve within the time frame.
3. To monitor any contractor or 3^rd party working along the ALR’s expressway. To check their permit, insurance and type of work. Shall report to superior if any non-compliance detected.
4. To abide with on-call roster and to re-arrange the schedule with colleague if not fit to work.
5. To ensure all works executed are in-line with the procedure and work instruction. Understanding the company policy, departmental procedures is a must.
6. Responsible to attend any breakdown, complaint or any task given by the upper-level superior.
7. Ensure proper handling of company’s vehicle, tools and machineries. To report immediately to superior if any damage or fault found.
8. Safe working environment and buddy system are always practiced.

Key Task

1. A competent person who registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) and his/her workplace registered with either KESAS, LIRTAK, SPRINT or SMART.
2. Permit to enter any place which require a competent person such as generator set room.

Job Requirements

Qualification : Minimum A4 Chargeman certificate.

Experience : At least 2 years working experience or 1 year in similar field.

Specific skills / abilities : B2, D driving license. Having GDL is an advantage. Able to work long hours and willing to work during public holiday.

Job Scope

1. To complete all maintenance works in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards along all Lebuhraya under ALR's Group.
2. To assist the Assistant Manager in monitoring and supervising maintenance works undertaken by contractors.

Key Task

1. To assist the Assistant Manager in monitoring and supervising all maintenance activities including upgrading and heavy repair works to ensure its timely completion.
2. Carry out the maintenance works as scheduled and complete the works on time and quality, meeting the established maintenance standards.
3. Assist the management through regular inspections of the highway structures, pavement, drainage, etc. and report on its conditions.
4. To be part of the Emergency Response Team to attend to all emergency situations when instructed.
5. Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory role in construction / engineering projects.
• Highway Engineering, pavement systems.
• Good teamwork, supervisory skills and work with urgency.

Scope of Responsibilities

1. To ensure the satisfactory operation of all the specialized/TCS equipment and installations at all times.

2. To ensure services delivery are meeting the maintenance standard and requirement such as LLM APST, SIRIM ISO and Internal Audit:

• In-charge of maintenance and improvement works for Toll Collection System
• Timeliness in completing assigned tasks
• To supervise and monitor the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Enhancement works carried out by contractors / junior staff

3. To ensure compliance with regulations, related to the Environmental Quality Act, Safety and Health Act, and management system standards, while ensuring that the QESH achieves its intended results by incorporating

• a process approach, risk-based thinking, and implementing improvements to enhance performance.

2.  To carry out Preventive and Corrective maintenance works.
3. To carry out 1^st level of maintenance works.
4. To prepare maintenance report on any malfunctions / defects affecting equipment.
5. To repair electronic equipment / machines.
6. To inspect all the specialised / TCS equipment.
7. To be part of the Emergency Response Team and attend to emergency situation when instructed.
8. To monitor and supervise works undertaken by maintenance contractor / junior staff.
9. To monitor and supervise interfacing works undertaken by other party which are related to the system or equipment installed.
10. To provide assistance and technical advice to other team members / maintenance contractor.
11. To perform standby duties and response promptly in the event of any equipment or system failure / malfunction in meeting the Emergency Call Back standard.
12. To attend, rectify and update status of defect or request raised in the e-Work System.
13. To attend, check and update status of the defect raised i.e. NOD / NCR in the Expressway Performance Indicator System (EPI) of LLM.
14. To prepare Requisition Form (RF) in e-PO System in obtaining management approval for the Purchase Order (PO) issuance to maintenance contractors.
15. To assist TCS section for yearly budgeting for maintenance and improvement budget i.e. minor repair, enhancement, consumable and capex.
16. To exercise safety at site for own and ensure safety procedure is implemented by contractor at work as per OSHA requirements.
17. To undertake any job assignment / improvement / planning work related to TCS and meet the needs or requirements of the company business.
18. To undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Group Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic Engineering from Local University / Technical Institution or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
• Well verse with Toll Collection System maintenance.
• Good communication skills in Malay,English language for both spoken and written
• Ability to work under pressure, independent and possess analytical and logical thinking.
