Logistical Coordination

• Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistical needs for production staff, ensuring seamless on-the-ground operations for each event.

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in production management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably within sports broadcasting or live events.

• Collaborates and develops strong relationships with global business leaders to set action plans to achieve annual operating plan; actively engages daily as co-leader of the business team; drives results in conjunction with LPS leadership team
• Develops and implements annual operating plan and monthly forecasts to accurately reflect current expectations of the business.
• Prepares monthly forecast update by collaborating with LPS leadership team.
• Prepares and reviews monthly results and ad hoc analysis to determine methods of increasing operating productivity through revenue generation, margin expansion and/or cost control.
• Develops financial presentation packages for review with Senior Leadership and various business partners on a periodic basis.
• Prepares and reviews on an ongoing basis the profitability by customer.  .  Provides recommendations to increase profitability.
• Reviews and develops the financial justification for various capital or operating investments.
• Ensures business activities and processes comply with applicable laws and/or US GAAP.
• Actively participates and co-leads team on customer proposal/RFQ process/pricing strategy.
• Facilitates, expedites and resolves a variety of financial/reporting issues/questions raised by the business area or operating team.
• Assists in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.  Recommends best practices based upon analytical review of factual data.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

As an Operations & Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our co-living spaces and buildings under management. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of property management, resident satisfaction, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, property management, and customer service, with the ability to create a positive and vibrant living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

· Supervise and coordinate property maintenance, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and meet the brand’s standard.

· Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective property services and procurement

· Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures.

Team Management:

· Lead, manage and guide a team of on-site staff, including property administrators, maintenance personnel, and security personnel.

· Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

· Ensure manpower is deployed effectively and efficiently

Operational Efficiency:

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the overall operational performance and make data-driven improvements.

Budget Management:

· Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the property budget.

· Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality service.

Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards and terms of agreements

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, leasing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or similar field

· Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or operations.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of local housing regulations and safety standards.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
