Responsibilities
Create product marketing strategies fulfilling business needs with innovative solutions
Lead and manage the development of sales support materials for all products
Manage entire product life-cycle (concept to launch)
Research for market-pricing strategy and forecasting
Lead product management activities that stimulate the development and introduction of new products providing strategic and competitive advantages
Develop market presentations
Works independently on most assignments and confers with supervisor on a limited number of business matters. Has latitude for un-reviewed actions and decisions.
Provides general guidance or train support and/or professional staff.

Have a solid understanding of product life cycle, product planning, and product development and implementation within the organization
Have an in-depth knowledge of customer requirements, market trends, and distribution system

Solid market knowledge to perform multiple-level analysis and independently execute decisions
Effectively negotiates to achieve optimal results. In conflict management, seeks middle workable ground while helping others through sensitive issues
